Healthcare Transformation reorganizes the national medical framework to ensure affordable, comprehensive medical services for all households through a fully primary care led network. Anchored by the transition to the modern Social Health Authority, it focuses heavily on preventive care by funding thousands of community health promoters equipped with digital health kits. The model eliminates out of pocket medical catastrophes by prioritizing equity based insurance premiums and establishing an emergency chronic illness fund to insulate vulnerable families from health related poverty.
