TURNING PROMISES INTO PROGRESS
Affordable Housing and Settlement targets the delivery of two hundred and fifty thousand affordable housing units annually by formalizing public private development pacts and transitioning the national affordable housing supply from two percent to fifty percent. Beyond creating homeownership pathways under ten thousand shillings monthly through low cost mortgage refinancing engines, this massive infrastructural push operates as a major employment framework. It deliberately channels billions into the local informal artisan networks and creates over six hundred thousand off take construction jobs for technical college graduates.
