TURNING PROMISES INTO PROGRESS
The Digital Superhighway and Creative Economy aims to accelerate Kenyas role as a tech powerhouse by installing over one hundred thousand kilometers of national fiber optic cable and setting up thousands of localized digital innovation hubs. By moving thousands of government administrative processes to centralized online portals, it bridges the urban rural infrastructure gap and fosters rapid commerce integration. Concurrently, it empowers the creative sector by modernizing copyright protections, establishing creative production funds, and providing tech skilling centers to turn youth talents into sustainable remote digital jobs.
