TURNING PROMISES INTO PROGRESS
Transforming the MSME Economy addresses structural operational barriers for micro, small, and medium enterprises by establishing structured access to credit, removing punitive collateral requirements, and relaxing rigid local licensing regimes. The primary vehicle for this financial inclusion is the Financial Inclusion Fund, widely known as the Hustler Fund, which offers micro loans to small scale traders, transport operators, and market vendors. This intervention integrates the informal sector into the mainstream economy by backing cheap financial credit with business incubation training and direct market linkages.
